This release is one of contrasts worth mentioning. Manon Farm is 100% dry grown and sitting on top of a 600 meter high ridge composed of billion year old rocks and crystals. A dry growing environment where we have to work sensitively with the land, and as such our wines truly express their moment of time and place.
Aura, arriving in 2023 came with a rainfall of 1500mls over its growing season. You can taste it. Forest Red, arriving in 2025 came with barely 300mls over its growing season. You can taste it.
2024 APQ cider, arriving between these two years of extreme contrasts holds the balance, being a fantastic year for apples, pears and quinces.
