Pinot Noir Rosato 11.4% alc

The harvest itself deserves true acknowledgment for this season of Aura. 2023 being a vintage of luscious green grass, cooler weather and an abundance of beautiful fruit owing to 1500 mls of rain. Red clay and iron stone quartz over schist. East facing terrace of Pinot Noir vines planted in 1992.

Aura, a tribute to the princess of the wind, who greets us most days on our high ridge is a cuvée that only appears every few years, corresponding with our very best and most generous Pinot years. Three day maceration of lightly crushed whole bunches, pressed to ferment in a 600ltr terracotta egg, creating an ethereal and delicious Rosato.
